Maidstone Learning Centre Autumn Discount — Terms and Conditions

1. The Autumn Discount is available only to families who complete enrolment and pay the relevant invoice in full by the stated offer deadline.

2. An assessment fee, registration fee, deposit, part-payment or promise of payment does not secure the discount. The family must be fully enrolled and the qualifying invoice must be paid in full by the deadline.

3. All discounted invoices must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice. If payment is not received by that date, the discount will be removed and the invoice will revert to the standard programme fee.

4. The offer deadline is final. The Autumn Discount will not be extended, reinstated, backdated or applied retrospectively.

5. The Autumn Discount cannot be used alongside any other discount, promotion, referral reward, sibling discount, credit or special offer. Only one offer may be applied to an invoice.

6. The discount applies only to the student, programme and period stated on the qualifying invoice. It cannot be transferred to another student, family, subject, programme or academic term.

7. The discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, account credit, additional lessons or alternative services.

8. The discount applies to tuition fees only unless Maidstone Learning Centre confirms otherwise in writing. Assessments, registration fees, mock examinations, learning materials, one-to-one tuition, holiday programmes and other additional services may be excluded.

9. Enrolment remains subject to class availability, suitability and receipt of all required registration information. Receiving a discounted invoice does not reserve a place indefinitely.

10. If a student changes programme, reduces their hours, withdraws or pauses tuition, any revised fees or refunds will be calculated in accordance with Maidstone Learning Centre’s normal enrolment, cancellation and subscription terms. The Autumn Discount will not automatically transfer to a new arrangement.

11. Maidstone Learning Centre reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion before a family has paid and completed enrolment. Any discount already validly secured and paid for will be honoured for the period stated on the invoice.

12. Maidstone Learning Centre’s standard Terms and Conditions of Enrolment continue to apply. Nothing in these promotional terms affects a family’s statutory rights.
