Key Stage Two Tuition at Maidstone Learning Centre

Our Key Stage 2 programme (Years 3-6) at Maidstone Learning Centre is designed to support your child through one of the most crucial stages of their primary education. We help children master the core skills in Maths and English, build confidence, and prepare for important milestones like SATs and the 11+ exams.

What We Teach

English - Reading, Writing, and Ready for Anything

• Guided reading and comprehension strategies
• Vocabulary development and spelling patterns
• Grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure
• Creative and persuasive writing techniques

Maths - From Times Tables to Fractions

• Fluency with number bonds, times tables, and written methods
• Fractions, decimals, percentages, and problem-solving
• Shape, space, measurement, and data handling
• Building reasoning skills and mathematical thinking

Exam Readiness & Support

• Year 6 SATs preparation (with past paper practice)
• 11+ support in verbal and non-verbal reasoning (if required)
• Topic review and gap filling for all year groups
• Homework support and catch-up for absences or lost learning
